Martin Lipa
Martin is the owner & founder of Priority 1 Real Estate & Auctions. He married and has one son, three grandchildren that are the loves of his life. His favorite pass time is spending time, teaching, and playing with his grandchildren. He successfully completed & graduated from Reppurt’s School of Auctioneers in 2005. He successfully completed his Real Estate Broker license from DACC. Later advanced his educated and became a Managing Broker. He holds may other licenses and has hundreds of hours of continued education hours under his belt. Martin is very involved in our community, volunteering time, resources, and finances to help community projects, veterans, struggling families, Ambucs, Danville Police Association, Danville Mission, Habitat for Humanity, and many more . He is a active member and past President of the Danville Board of Realtors. He nominated Realtor of the Year in 2017.
